We have been with Nurse Isnaira for a few weeks. My mother used to come for dialysis worried and concerned about how the session would go because she used to experience severe symptoms every time. However, since nurse Isnaira is in charge of my mom's sessions, my mom gradually started to trust the process. In fact, today is her 8th session, and for the first time, my mom woke up early and got prepared for the session without feeling down or being upset. Not only that, we were able to remove the fluids without too many symptoms.

Nurse Isnaira is a professional and experienced nurse. She is also compassionate and caring. She takes care of the smallest details. Being with my mom made us worry less during the dialysis, and feel we that we are in good hands. She always asks about mom's condition and her medications, and on top of that, she does her job with a smile that comforts us and my mother. I would like to thank her for her professionalism, kindness, and extraordinary care.
