Chechamma George is our Peritoneal Dialysis Nurse and Modality Educator in the Renal Clinic in charge of training veterans and their families along with JJP nursing staff on the Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) modality. Her contribution to the VA Peritoneal Dialysis program is vast. She is a valuable resource to the VA PD Program. 

Ms. George is an outstanding nurse at the forefront of advancing the home dialysis treatment for veterans, while also educating her peers in providing high-quality care. Therefore, I fully support and highly recommend Ms. George for the prestigious DAISY Award as she is not only a great resource for the VA PD Program but embodies the characteristics of a true guide and follower for her fellow nurses.
