She gave me confidence and a light at the end of the tunnel with her kind words.
Hi, I have been a regular patient for ten years in the hospital system. I met Lucy for the first time in A&E as I was experiencing viral gastritis and was at the lowest point in my health. She wheeled my wheelchair with care and passion to the room & immediately started to carry out her duties. She gave me confidence and a light at the end of the tunnel with her kind words. I was managed by her for 8 hours and was monitored every time. She had zero attitude or any kind of negative vibe at all. I honestly think she is an asset to the NHS, especially for a night shift staff she was fresh and ready to help people. I am very grateful for her efforts & workmanship she has shown. Just to add, she gave the same care to other patients in the room with high respect. I was explained each medication given to me and what it should do to me, any side effects which I must report immediately with a panic button given in my hand. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better service, even in private health, which I have been to during my health journey. Many thanks to Lucy. A superhero!
