Angeline demonstrates Excellent nursing care to patients. She noted a change in the condition of the patient and acted immediately. She worked closely with the MD and it was identified the patient was septic. Angeline worked quickly and swiftly while providing care to the patient, never panicking or appearing overwhelmed. She also worked to control the patient’s pain and calmed the family member/friend who was present at the bedside. By the end of the shift, the patient’s condition had drastically improved and the patient was smiling and laughing. Great job Angeline!
