I recognize that you have many exemplary team members here and I’ve experienced quite a few since my move from ICU one week ago, after a truly traumatic car accident. There is a young man I know who rises straight to the top and continues to soar above.

Cameron has from moment one been attentive, caring, professional, respectful, present, and amazingly adept at his job. I believe he is someone who actually looks at this as more than a job and a career and just naturally possesses the ability to be there for people in need. He calmed, comforted, and gave confidence to me when I was traumatized and freaked out and he’s one of several people that helped me believe I am going to be okay. I’m sure you know what a stellar employee he is- and wish you could clone him. Your industry sure needs that kind of person, and many more of him. Kudos to you for having him here.
