Alicia is simply amazing! My mother has gone through more than anyone should have to. After having three surgeries in less than a week, my mom ended up on the third floor and received the most amazing care from Alicia.

Alicia treated my mom with the utmost respect and kindness. She made sure that my mom, dad, and I understood everything that was going on, and would always take the time to explain everything.

One time that Alicia went above and beyond was when my sister was FaceTiming with my mother. I was trying to explain everything to my sister, and Alicia had just finished up with my mom when my sister began to ask questions. Alicia heard my sister's questions and turned back into the room and took the time to explain it all to us and answer every question. For Alicia to do that was just so heartwarming and appreciated!

Alicia worked nonstop and was very caring, diligent, and hardworking. She always had a smile on her face and was seriously the most caring and genuine person. My family cannot thank her enough for everything she did and continues to do for my mom. Thank you is not enough, but we have so much gratitude for Alicia—the most wonderful and amazing nurse.
