Kaila is the most caring nurse I have ever met. She knocked every time she would come in. She explained everything she did beforehand. She always asked if you needed anything and then would get it herself and bring it back. The first night I was here, she did all of that while training someone and from what I could tell, explaining the procedure to the person she was training. She made my nights here at the hospital very comfortable, and would want to have her take care of me again. She is very good at her job, and I would say she is an asset to your team. I would very much say she should be recognized. She was terrific!!! I can’t express that enough!
