Our father had major surgery, and my family was extremely nervous. Rounak made this process much easier for us. She worked tirelessly for 3 hours to control my dad's pain before he was transferred to the ICU. Rounak is definitely not your ordinary nurse. Rounak is so very special. She treats her patients and their family with love and cares deeply for her patients. She went above and beyond for us!
