Michele epitomizes every quality a family or patient hope or pray for when put in a situation of being admitted to a hospital while traveling from Texas to Ruidoso! Michele is a shining star; professionally attentive, careful while handling my husband, very kind and gentle. Michele LISTENS and that is so very important! Even though there are other patients Michele is caring for, she makes you feel like your loved one is the only one in the hospital. Patience is so vital when you are helping a patient comprehend so many components of trying to diagnose their problem---it's frightening! Michele explained every test, all meds, sometimes multiple times. For us we have been fortunate to have her every day during hospitalization. Throughout the many call buttons, diaper changes, changes in meds etc. I dare to say, perhaps Michele might not forget us Texas folks. I know Michele put a big print on our hearts.
