I was admitted to 4 East for a hernia. Heidi is very new to this VAMC but she really is extremely pleasant and very personable. She is very attentive; in my opinion, she is one of the very best nurses on 4 East. For all of the above reasons plus many many more.

Heidi goes over and above every minute of her shift. You can tell she loves her job and loves her patients first and foremost. She also made absolutely sure I was comfortable, she shared some of her life story and we bonded extremely well. A stay in the hospital is more pleasant when she's here; Heidi made it as enjoyable as she absolutely possibly would. Thank you for putting her in my life she is and always will be a blessing to me.
