I have been here for almost a week. I was in so much pain and Cassidy comforted me and went beyond her duties. Sometimes I would tell her I was sorry to call her so much, but she would say to me, “Do not worry, I’m here to make you feel better and comfortable.” She would tell me to call her anytime I needed anything, and she would be right there for me. I appreciate her so much as she goes beyond to keep me comfortable and calm.

She would rub my shoulders and tell me that she was there for me, it was heartwarming because I felt so alone in my room, and she would pop out of nowhere and make me laugh just to ease my pain. She treated me with respect and would walk in the door and say “I’m all yours today,” even though I knew she had other patients; she was always right there when I called. She is an extraordinary nurse.
