Tom has grown in the Palmadale Regional Medical Center family to the Charge Nurse role. He has experience in Telemetry, ICU, & Emergency Department. He is a strong patient advocate and supportive of his team and coworkers.
Tom understands efficiency and inpatient to outpatient workflows. He is able to strategically ensure care collaboration when treating a patient. Tom openly shares his ideas for improving patient outcomes and workflows. He has a passion to lead his team and is collaborative with everyone. The House Supervisors and his leaders are well supported when he is in charge, with the knowledge that the Emergency Department is safe.
