On any given day, James is always reliable to go above and beyond and is very responsive to requests. Recently we opened two new CR Wards; F9 and F10. These wards required extensive coordination, communication, training and organization. Staff needed to receive training on the new wards, and the wards needed much work to stand them up as new wards. James worked tirelessly and selflessly as the primary point of contact for nursing and he ensured that the teams who were going to be assigned to the wards, were given orientation and training on these wards prior to their opening. James also worked with the various treatment teams and worked to build a patient list of transfers of who would be moving to those new wards; and he also worked with all of the disciplines to finalize the transfer lists for F9 and F10. James is a strong, solid, professional caregiver and never ceases to amaze me with his dedication to patient care and standards.
