"We had the privilege to have nurse Melissa Marie care for us in the emergency department. Melissa Marie was our Valentine's gift without a doubt.  Melissa never lost her composure or her patience. She managed to keep it light hearted knowing my husband was feeling absolutely terrible. Knowing how nervous he was about his procedure, she announced it was time to go with excitement as if he won the lottery to help ease his anxiety. Knowing I hadn't had anything to eat or drink or sleep through the night, she brought me a drink and sandwich saying I had to eat before I tried to get some sleep while he was gone for the procedure. We thank God we were blessed with our nurse because she got my husband through the night with compassion and a wonderful sense of humor. Please extend our sincere gratitude for everything she did for us both.
