Monica is a very honest, caring leader. She leads by example and can frequently be seen helping patients, associates, and family members. She encourages us to be the best version of ourselves.

Monica came to join our team and has been a delight since the moment she took her position. She is firm but kind in any constructive criticism that she gives, and this makes me feel valued, and I can learn from my mistakes. She is always open to ideas that we bring up. I cannot remember a day since she has been with us that she did not thank us for our hard work. Monica will walk in our shoes if needed.

When two associates were significantly affected by a tornado, she jumped into action by asking fellow associates all over the hospital to help by donating funds. At the end of each day, she always thanks us, and we always feel appreciated. I’ve been in nursing 27 years, and she is the best I have ever worked with.
