Kim was an absolute Godsend when I had to interact with the medical system for a very personal and very painful situation. Her professionalism was beyond reproach. Because she was able to act swiftly, I do believe she prevented other more catastrophic issues from happening. I cannot express enough how much I appreciated her knowledge and skill which led to a satisfactory outcome. Her concern for my well-being and privacy went a long way in helping me through the situation. For me, she demonstrated the highest level of compassionate care, professionalism, knowledge, and skill set to perform an intimate procedure. She made a very unpleasant situation bearable. She is extraordinary.
