Brette made a great effort to listen to me and my family. We asked a lot of questions. There was a definite difference between Brette and the other nurses in terms of care. Brette made all of my procedures understandable and tolerable. Brette in particular was kind, and compassionate and made “nursing” seem easy. I am a retired RN and she is the best of the best. Brette never appeared tired or overwhelmed though I know they had a lot of patients (and patience).

Brette helped calm my anxiety even before I went to surgery since I knew her. She assured me that everything would be OK during my stay. Brette constantly checked on me and made me feel very comfortable with all the things I had to go through. After having a total hip replacement, I was mortified that I could not get up and kept passing out, but Brette made me feel like I would be OK and gave me the courage to continue on. Brette even checked on me after surgery and the following week.
