Katie came in on her day off to go with him down to the operating room to ensure he knew someone familiar and knew he was safe.
Katie has gone above and beyond to take care of not only my family member who is in the ICU, which is not her normal unit but also our entire family. She is very polite. She has helped to keep my family member, her patient, calm, and relaxed. She tells him the date and time, ensures he knows that he is safe, and cared for and his family is here. She provides the utmost care and attention to both her patient and his family.
Katie came in on her day off to go with him down to the operating room to ensure he knew someone familiar and knew he was safe. She has gone above and beyond all standards and we are so grateful for her attentiveness and care for our family member. She has explained numerous situations in terms we can understand and have provided us with the knowledge and understanding of what is going on. She is amazing.

Katie has gone above and beyond to care for my cousin who was in a severe motorcycle accident. She has poured her heart into caring for him and I am forever thankful and grateful for Katie! I see how much you love what you did and you are incredibly beautiful inside and out! Thank you, Katie!

My nephew has been in critical condition since Friday. Katie has been super attentive, very informative, caring, and compassionate with him and us. She was in the hospital on her day off to escort him to surgery. Katie came back into the waiting area to inform us of what was happening with him. She has an excellent bedside manner. We appreciate all she has done and continues to do.

My cousin is currently in ICU and Katie is one of his nurses. She just came in on her day off to be by my cousin's side as he continues to fight for his life after a bad motorcycle accident. It’s not often you see someone who shows empathy and truly cares for their patients while being patient with all his family coming in and out of the hospital and still being informative, patient, and caring for my cousin the way she has. She gave up her free time away from her family to be by the side of my family member’s. My family is just grateful to have Katie as his nurse and have her by my cousin's side.
