Beth has been phenomenal in helping us get supplies for our 90-year-old mother; she has gone above and beyond her normal duties as a nurse. She's made countless phone calls on our behalf to get things done. Beth has been very informative as far as the care that's needed for our mother. She's very gentle when attending to our mother, which is needed because our mother has dementia and is very apprehensive when it comes to dealing with new and different people. The two of them work well as a team and have both gained our mother's trust, which isn't easy to do.

Our mother is very comfortable with them. They have made the last 4 weeks painless. They are an asset to your organization. Beth is also very pleasant, professional, and patient. She explains everything in great detail; she is very meticulous in everything that she does. Beth is one of the most patient nurses I have met. She's really attentive and attends to our mom with love and kindness. Her conversation keeps our mom at ease. Her instructions are always very detailed.
