We got admitted to the hospital to get induced with our baby. My birth and labor were an ordeal, so meeting Heidi and being under her care 36 hours after birthing our baby girl was amazing. I was having a lot of breast pain, and I was also anxious that I didn’t have any milk coming in to feed the baby. Heidi listened to my concerns and arranged for specialist visits such as the lactation consultants, and she also brought me a pump to use so I could make progress towards the milk supply. She carefully listened to all our concerns and tried to balance all the medical formalities along with our preferences as a family. Heidi is a rock star, and I’m very sure that our checkout process and the last day in the hospital would not be half as good If she were not there.
