My dad has been in the ICU for over a week. Hailey has tended to him for several days and has been exceptional. She has explained to him everything she is doing, even if he seems unaware. She has been attentive to his care and noticed subtle changes in his skin, etc. Hailey has also maintained his hygiene, sometimes having to clean him and the bed several times a day. Having a loved one in the ICU is traumatic for the patient and family, and Hailey has made the experience as comfortable as possible for all involved. She is truly an asset to the nursing profession, and EJGH is lucky to have her!

Hailey is a new grad, and this family sought out the clinical supervisor for ICU, to tell her that Hailey is the best nurse they have ever had. The ICU educator says that Hailey is a great nurse, and she has already impacted so many in her short time as a nurse.
