Justin made it immediately clear that he truly loves his career! His first greeting was a ray of sunshine on my dark situation and it never wavered during my 23-day stay. He is extremely knowledgeable in health matters, takes initiative, and from my perspective, performs a workload of about 3 staff members combined. He saw what needed to be done and was on top of it all with no hesitation. "Not my job" is simply not in his vocabulary! Top all of that with his genuine desire to help people and his compassion. I have stage 4 cancer which put me on a colostomy bag. Justine spent his whole lunch period helping me figure out items I could use to make the care of this easier for me and helped me save money in the process. I know when you deal with us all night, you need a little time to yourself, but he chose to give me his personal time to help me and was kind and caring as well as patient with me through it all. This is a great memory for the rest of my life. He is amazing!
