Amy was so nice and kind and stood right next to me, holding my hand, telling me it was going to be OK and that she was going to take really good care of me, and that she did.
I was a patient at the ER. Amy Justice was my ER nurse. I was in so much pain, I was crying, and my emotions were everywhere. Amy was so nice and kind and stood right next to me, holding my hand, telling me it was going to be OK and that she was going to take really good care of me, and that she did. She was so nice, so compassionate, and so patient with me. Amy gave me different medications to help me get comfortable and to help take my pain away. She was so nice to me and my husband, offering us blankets, pillows, drinks, and if we needed anything. I had an ultrasound and a CT scan done. Come to find out I had gallbladder stones that were so bad I had to have my gallbladder removed. I’ve never had surgery in my entire life, and I was so scared and terrified, and Amy shared her personal experience with the gallbladder removal. I didn’t want to have my gallbladder removed, but because she shared her personal experience and let me know that everything was going to be OK, I went through with the procedure. If it wasn’t for Mrs. Amy, I wouldn’t have my gallbladder removed.
After my procedure, Amy came upstairs to check on me. Never in my entire life have I ever had such a great experience in ER. Amy definitely deserves this award! She went out of her way to help me and my family feel comfortable as much as she could. She deserves a five-star award for being the BEST ER NURSE!!
