Genevieve's exceptional care not only saved my life but ensured that my daughter has her mom by her side.
Genevieve's care was extraordinary. She looked after me before my C-section and during my postpartum stay, always displaying remarkable attentiveness and compassion. As a first-time mom with countless questions, Genevieve patiently addressed each one, creating a strong rapport and trust between us. What truly stood out was the way she went above and beyond during our discharge instruction conversation. She took the time to explain in detail the signs and symptoms I needed to watch for, going the extra mile to ensure I understood. Genevieve even shared her own postpartum experience, making it personal and relatable. Her comprehensive discharge instructions proved to be a lifesaver. Shortly after bringing my baby girl home, and less than 24 hours later, my husband noticed my swollen ankles. For a moment, I considered just sleeping it off. But I heard my nurse's words in my head. When we arrived at the ER without delay, I was swiftly taken to the floor. Even after her long shift ended, she took the extra step to check in on me upon learning I had returned to the hospital. I felt genuinely cared for and grateful. Now, every day, as I hold my beautiful five-month-old daughter, I am profoundly thankful. Genevieve's exceptional care not only saved my life but ensured that my daughter has her mom by her side. I think of her every day as I lay my daughter down to sleep, relieved she has a healthy mother here to care for her.
