Delores is an excellent RN Care Manager who works hard for her patients, clinic team, and care management team every day. It is clear that she loves her line of work and identifies herself with the mission. Delores not only has a kind heart but also unquestionable dedication to the complex patients she works with. She provides tender care, which is very necessary and she is not afraid to stand up for the truth, reminding patients of their goals when needed. Due to her caring attitude and leadership, her patients and the team have nothing but good things to say about her. Delores is always one step ahead and a great resource for her team. Daily, she shares any knowledge and information that she believes may benefit our team and the patients we serve, so in that way, she is not only helping to best serve her patients but all of the patients within PMG.

Delores is flexible and hence can maneuver her way through tough or challenging situations. She is not shy to ask the hard questions or to ask for help when she needs it.
