Prabhjot is always available to assist and support the unit, answering call lights is a common deed. He greets us early in the morning with a smile and a comment that brings joy to your heart. His vivacious spirit is contagious, and you know your day will be blessed with him on your team. He looks for ways to make the whole unit flow as a well-oiled machine. His leadership qualities are seen over and over again. He can teach others, fix computers, give a helping hand for minor tasks, and never leaves a sour taste in one's spirit. His ability to arbitrate with others in Punjabi or English is appreciated. He advocates for Adventist Health and patient's health and well-being. He is humble yet very wise. His confidence oozes with peace. I look forward to working for and with Prabhjot. He is essential to our unit.
