Lori is always very pleasant, very efficient, and caring. But the big thing she did for us was Dr. S ordered a medicine that was very expensive. She didn't have to but she looked it up on Good Rx and found the cheapest place to get it. She saved us almost $1,000. Lori went above and beyond the call of duty to help us.
