This past week I had an unexpected hospital stay in the woman’s center, but lucky for me, I had Amanda as my nurse for my first two nights. She was so kind and caring with the biggest heart. Her soft-spoken tone and gentle care were everything I needed at the time. Throughout my whole stay with her, she was so calming during a time that could have easily led to anxiety and panic. I looked forward to seeing her each time she checked on me. I felt like her priority, and no request seemed to be a bother to her. I genuinely felt cared for with her as my nurse. Beyond her caring nature, she was very knowledgeable and happy to share all of her information. She kept us updated every step of the way while also answering any and all questions. Amanda is the true definition of a nurse. She is the perfect example of what every nurse should strive to be. It is evident that she absolutely loves her job, and she is perfect for the position she holds. I pray she is my nurse again on my next visit!

Amanda has truly been a godsend to our family. She has actually been our nurse for other children and was a bright light through tough times. We were excited to see her familiar face, and it brought a lot of comfort. She made sure I had all the support I needed even holding my hand through my epidural. She is definitely an angel.
