Nick and his CNA working together, were literally the dream team on the fourth floor during my recent hospital visit! The exceptional customer service and teamwork made the long nights in the hospital, so much easier. Nick and his team were kind, extremely friendly, and expertly efficient in their duties, tending to myself and my roommate as I clearly witnessed.

When Nick came in for the night shift, there was an immediate sense of relief. Not a bell that went off, went unattended for more than a few minutes! He and his CNA tended to our care with swift efficiency, and both of them seemed to have an uncanny sense of anticipating the next thing that you may need help with. Even during the middle of the night, it was obvious the care that they took to avoid disturbing myself or my roommate, as they coordinated the care provided to each of us! Because of their motivated care, nighttimes settled in quickly and quietly, and they were as peaceful as I possibly could have expected! And they did it all with exceptional kindness and friendly faces! In short…they both stood out above all the others, and I thank them for their exceptionalism!
