From the time I entered the surgical recovery room, Nicole Fleming was very interested in my feelings and needs. Besides taking care of me and monitoring my vital signs, she constantly had a smile on her face and a positive personality. She also brought it to my attention and informed my doctor that my blood pressure was very high. The doctor decided to have me admitted overnight to get the blood pressure under control. So I was in recovery from 10:00 a.m. to about 2:30 p.m., and through that time, Nicole was AWESOME getting me ice water and crackers to eat. I was starving. She is truly an asset to the team at SW Hospital, and you can tell she enjoys what she does. Also, my wife met her and really liked her. Nicole contacted my wife with what room I would be in, assuring my wife that I was ok because I told Nicole my wife gets worried. I appreciate again her kindness and helpfulness. Thank you.
