John is such a caring nurse; he always wants to make sure his patients and families are cared for. It is hard to care for someone you work with, but John did not prevent him from always going above and beyond. I am so thankful for his attention to care for me and my family. He is a strong nurse and a great friend. Thank you, John, for everything. I appreciate you.

Thank you John for helping my dad during his admission. He is a high-acuity patient. Thank you for your quick action in being able to contact the cardiologist to titrate up rate of cardizem when he was maintaining in afib RVR in 140s when lower dose rate was ineffective and fulfilling that action. He only has high praises for you. I appreciate you keeping me in the loop and advocating for my dad throughout the shift. I know it is difficult when a family member of a patient is a nurse, but I want you to know from the bottom of my heart I am beyond grateful for everything you have done.
Thank you for coming very frequently beyond addressing his needs and medication, but also for helping clean him after each frequent episode of explosive diarrhea, which was never-ending. There was one event in which he got on the bedside commode; however, it was either too much where it overflew or missed and went all over the floor. Thank you for also seeking out how he was when you weren't assigned to him on his last day of admission. You are a good listener. Your compassion flows out and radiates out. This is your calling, and every single person under your care is in good hands. I know that if I was at work when you had him and you were his nurse, I would feel at ease at an unsteady time because I would be comforted, that he is getting the best care possible.
