Laura has been the most amazing nurse while my grandfather has been in the CCU for the past few days. Not only did she go above and beyond to help him make it through a difficult time, but she took the time to connect with him on a personal level also.

She spent lots of time talking to him about the places he grew up, sharing her own experiences growing up in those places, too. We even found out that he lives around the corner from her!! My grandfather is also a doctor, so Laura went above and beyond to make sure he felt included in his care. She did not talk down to him not once but rather spoke to him like a colleague.

Lastly, Laura consistently treated our whole family with the utmost respect and kindness. We could not have asked for better care if we tried. Laura is a true DAISY Nurse.
