Since our transfer from Seton Main, Heather has been very friendly, professional, caring, and informative towards the care of our family member. She is one of the best RNs I have seen in the medical field. We have to leave our family member in Austin while we travel back to San Angelo, but knowing Heather is here, we feel better about leaving our loved one.

Heather always has an exceptional attitude when she enters the room. She goes above and beyond to make sure my mom is comfortable and has what she needs. We have never had a nurse make us feel so welcome and feel like they are truly listening to our concerns. Great conversation and good with keeping up with timed meds even when busy with other patients. Overall, just great. All the way around, my mom gets in better spirits when she sees that Heather is going to be her nurse.
