Penny goes above and beyond being a manager. I unexpectedly found myself out of work. Penny helped me get through this traumatic experience by lending a hand with my disability paperwork and also most importantly she listened to a depressed and sad colleague when I needed it the most. She didn't have to do anything; she could have easily been "too busy" with her responsibilities as manager of CTSD and Endoscopy. Instead, she went above and beyond.
