Jo is such a supporting, loving, kind colleague to get to work beside every day. She is so knowledgeable and always willing to help me to learn, coach, and uplift. She takes on many other roles within the team that just help to make our workflow and days easier. Always there to talk to you if needed. Provides the mission outside of her work life to her family helping them through complications that they face on a day-to-day basis.

Jo cares so much about her patients. She is always very in-depth with the care she gives. She has a lot of other roles she places on and for our care management team that truly help out on a day-to-day basis. She at any time would go the extra mile to help her patients or provide the resources needed for them. If a patient needed her, she would always be willing to accommodate her time for them.
