Jen made both my wife and me comfortable- getting my wife a chair to rest in, knowing we were in the ED the night before. Jen eased my anxiety, explained all the doctor’s orders, and helped me to the rest room and back, which was not easy with the gastric tube and IV.

Jen is a great example of what anyone in the profession should be. Her compassion, knowledge, and skill should be the standard for all nursing. My wife and I agree that a small thing we could do in return for her care is to nominate her for the DAISY Award. She is extraordinary.
