Someone should give that woman a cape to wear while she flies, because Mama Tera is a Superhero!!

My experience with a doctor at CRMC made it hard for me to trust medical staff. In fact, when I was told my baby would be taken from me, I had a mental health breakdown, and CRMC had to call in a supervisor. 

However, after I met and spoke with Tera, I felt a sense of peace and trust in her taking my baby to Denver without me. For that, on Thanksgiving evening - I was immensely thankful. 

I WILL NEVER FORGET HER. I plan to tell my daughter that Children's Hospital sent a Superhero to fly out with her that day. 

Tera has superpowers rare in this world. Please reward her for her professional excellence. She is an incredibly valuable asset to your team, establishment, community, and to all parents and their children who use her services.
