It is obvious that Liliana is an excellent nurse, and her patients feel like they are in good hands when she they are in her care.
P- Pride. Liliana is a respected nurse at Gottlieb. She takes pride in being a nurse and is always proud to work at Gottlieb and care for her patients
E- Empathy. Liliana is so kind and patient. She makes each patient feel as though they are her only patient. No matter how busy she is, she always stays calm, always has a smile on her face, and always makes her patients feel welcome and hurt. She takes her time to make sure. Each patient understands their medication. And takes the extra time to also meet with family members as needed.
T -Trust. Liliana makes each patient and their families feel like they are at home. Patients often express how much they enjoy having Liliana as their nurse. It is obvious that Liliana is an excellent nurse, and her patients feel like they are in good hands when she they are in her care.
A -Admirable. Liliana is always smiling. She never gets frazzled. If only we could all have this amazing ability.
L -Love. Liliana worked so hard to become a nurse. She has such a passion for what she does. Her love of nursing can be seen through her excellent care.
S -Selflessness. Not only does Liliana often skip lunches, take shorter breaks, and pick up additional shifts, but she also trains her new staff nurses when they are new and does so well.
