My daughter's partner, O, was taken to CCU after collapsing whilst playing football. O was 31 years old and unfortunately died that evening. After being told that O had passed, Fadzie was so empathetic. She treated O with such dignity and respect and spent a lot of time with my daughter and Os's family explaining what had happened. She listened and was very calm in such emotional circumstances. Every day as a family, we think of that night and can honestly say that the treatment and care O and my daughter received was beyond anything we could have imagined, such kindness, humanity, and respect. It still breaks all of our hearts, and we are only just coming to terms with that evening, but want to say a big thank you to CCU; but Fadzie will always be in our hearts. Thank you.
