Lisa demonstrated her incredible nursing skills recently during the care of an 83-year-old male with Dementia. After having anesthesia for his hip surgery, the patient became very loud and argumentative. It was a very difficult situation due to his behavior. Lisa, very calmly and with empathy, handled this event very well. A true professional!
