I have been in the hospital for almost a week and Amanda has been the most attentive, compassionate nurse I’ve had. When I returned from surgery I was in excruciating pain, I couldn’t believe they were releasing me from surgical recovery with the pain I was experiencing. Upon my return to my room, Amanda was amazing walking me to my bed, walking with me around the room when I thought it could be gas pain, making me a heating pad to hold on the injection site, and offering me warm tea and anything she could do to make it better.

For the remainder of the day, she went above and beyond and was amazing. She came to check on me when I was FaceTiming my 2 young daughters and my oldest made sure to meet Nurse Amanda and tell her thank you for taking care of her mommy.

Amanda truly exemplifies what it means to be a nurse and help patients through their difficult times.
