John reassured me when I was feeling extremely vulnerable. He was so kind!
When I needed help going to the restroom for the first time in the ICU, these two nurses were so kind and professional. John was very sensitive to my need for privacy and respecting my decency. I was going through a lot at the moment and he acknowledged that what I was going through was something really difficult. He reassured me when I was feeling extremely vulnerable. He was so kind!

Erin was so incredibly professional and reassuring. When she was around, I felt like I was in capable hands. She went above and beyond to help me by prepping things she knew I wouldn’t be able to do by myself due to limited mobility. When going to the bathroom for the first time, she didn’t leave any room for shame because she was so swift and professional in taking care of me.

The experience of feeling so weak that I couldn’t stand, then having to take a poop in front of two strangers, was extremely overwhelming, and I cried afterward. But I really felt like these two nurses treated me with so much kindness and respect. I’m so so so grateful for their help and care!
