Breanna Calhoun and Asa Underwood were both nurses for my little sister. Breanna was her day nurse and Asa was her night nurse. Both went above and beyond taking care of my sister. She was admitted with pancreatitis for the fourth time. She was in so much pain and discomfort that she was crying. Both worked with the doctor to get her pain medication to help her. They continued to monitor her and would continue to ask the doctor for more medication if needed or something stronger to help. My sister was disabled from a brain operation back in 2000. She only has half her brain and is somewhat on a child level. She always wants to know what is happening and going wrong with herself. These two ladies took the time to talk and explain everything to her. They both showed so much love and concern. Their compassion was top-level, and being the oldest sister of my family, I could not have asked for two better people to take care of her. Both helped ease my sister’s anxiety and made her feel like she mattered.
