I am writing to nominate Paula Victor for the DAISY Award.  Paula is an exceptional nurse who has had a profound impact on my life, particularly in the realm of my eye exams.

From the first moment I met Paula, I was struck by her warmth, kindness, and genuine compassion. She has a unique ability to make patients feel at ease and comfortable, creating an environment that promotes open communication and trust.

During each visit, Paula goes above and beyond her duties as a nurse.  She takes the time to explain every step of the examination process, ensuring that I understand what to expect and answering any questions I may have.  Her explanations are clear and concise and delivered with a level of patience. That is truly admirable.

Beyond her role as a nurse, Paula's impact extends beyond the clinic.  She recognizes the importance of emotional support and takes the time to check in on her patients' well-being.  Whether it's a simple conversation about hobbies and interests or words of encouragement, Paula genuinely cares about her patients' overall health and happiness.

Paula's remarkable qualities as a nurse make her a DAISY Nurse.  Her kindness, patience, expertise, and genuine concern for her patients' well-being make her an invaluable member of the healthcare team.
