I received information that my brother ended up in ICU. Upon calling and trying to receive information, I received a call back from Shelby who was doing her best to identify my brother. What I appreciated the most was that she raised her eyebrows making sure that I was a family member because some other lady was trying to get information too.

After everything was done and said, she proceeded to tell me about my brother and his injury. My brother was hit by a truck and was injured very critically. My family and I rushed from New Mexico to see what happened. As we arrived, Shelby filled us into the very "T" of everything. It was late, and we needed to get rest. She brought us a list of hotels and restaurants that would accommodate us.

As well as letting us know some hotels give discounts. Very helpful. She checked in with us the next day, letting us know the next few steps to recover. There wasn't an hour that passed by, where she told us what she was doing and why. As we went home to New Mexico, she allowed me to call every day to check on my brother and fill me in with details of his well-being. My brother is truly blessed to have Shelby as his nurse She is an amazing nurse who went beyond for my family. She always had a smile from the minute we met.
