Abbie is an amazing nurse! She's so bubbly! She informs you of the situation, answers all your questions, and ensures you understand what's going on with the patient. My daughter is sadly on a vent. Abbie has been in our room two different shifts now as the 12 hour watch nurse. She's made sure both my daughter and I have been taken care of while she's working. She's held me while I've cried, she's made me laugh, she's supported me, she acts like she's my supportive girlfriend instead of my nurse. She helped me decorate my daughter's room so she didn't have to have a scary hospital room. She's done her hair to keep us from having a rat nest when we get home. She has truly been the best nurse so far. All our nurses have been so sweet and nice, but Abbie has gone above and beyond to make sure we get the best care and support possible. She is a DAISY Nurse for going the extra nine yards for her patients. We love her!
