Michelle Dowhan was the first nurse that my husband and I had on the postpartum floor, and we couldn't have gotten any luckier! She made our experience so much better this time around. She instantly greeted us all upbeat and with a smile. She truly cared about us and not just as a patient.

Throughout my stay, she continued to come and check on me, and even said, "Hi," on the days she didn't have me. I can't explain how comfortable she made me feel and how grateful we are to have had her. Michelle wanted to make sure we got the best care possible and that I was recovering as best as I could. I truly don't think our experience would have been the same if we had not had her.

On my last day at the hospital, as I was being discharged, she made it a point to come and say goodbye. I had tears in my eyes as we went into the elevator because of the care that I was given and the amazing human she is!
