One night in July, our son had finally agreed to seek treatment for his much needed medical help. My son was experiencing many emotional , mental, and physical challenges as he stalled to walk through the ER door.

Many things happened prior to our entrance through those doors, however, most important is that Gabbi, our angel, was patient, caring and truly engaged as I was nervously trying to explain to her what our son was experiencing in the parking lot and would not, could not, come in due to his fear and high anxiety. Ms. Nurse Gabbi spoke with our son on the phone, calmly spoke to him, encouraged him and sounded very personable with a compassionate voice.

Ms. Nurse Gabbi went above and beyond the call of what was expected! I say this because I have been a Hospital Administrator, Specialty Operations Director, and several other healthcare management positions. She is exceptional and any healthcare organization would be lucky to have her! She is definitely an added value to your ER! Ms. Nurse Gabbi also stopped by to check on us once she got off her shift Thursday night. So much happened during her encouraging conversation with our adult son. He's a great young man that has been suffering for over 2 years! Thank you, our Angel, Ms. Nurse Gabbi!
