Priscilla is very thorough in providing care, and she answered our questions as we sought to understand the cause of D’s abdominal pain. Priscilla was very patient and respectful in helping us connect the symptoms and cause. Priscilla stayed past her shift change to meet commitments to her patients and job requirements. She truly is a patient and a doctor's best friend. Priscilla is genuinely humble. When D accidentally pulled out her IV while showering, the washcloth and towel got bloody. When they were not taken away by housekeeping the next day, it made D feel uncomfortable. We asked Priscilla to have housekeeping deal with the mess, but immediately Priscilla herself collected the towels and made the shower “like new”. When Priscilla found out D liked a personal Starbucks recipe, she bought a cup of it with her own money, for D from the hospital.
