My father was admitted to the Woodstock emergency room. While there, he was attended to by nurse Nicole.

My father is 88, hard of hearing, and in general, a handful to deal with when he's feeling good. Nicole was more than professional, she was compassionate. Something he desperately needed.

I, like my father, am also hard to deal with, a family trait, I guess. When I see something wrong, I call it out. I also call it out when I see something right. So, this is me, letting you know how much we appreciate what Nicole did and who she is.
